  1. License Grant: Upon purchase, Tanya Edgar grants you a limited,

    non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates solely for the creation and display of your own personal or business project. You are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or sublicense the templates, videos or any of the components.

  2. Prohibited Use: You agree not to share, copy, redistribute, or reproduce the course or any part thereof in any form to any third party without the prior written consent of Tanya Edgar. You may not use the course in a manner that competes with the business of Tanya Edgar.

  3. Assignment: You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense any of your rights or obligations under this agreement without the prior written consent of Tanya Edgar.

  4. Modification: You are permitted to modify the templates and resources to fit your personal or business needs. However, the modified template remains subject to the terms of this license.

  5. Ownership and Copyright: The original and any copies of the templates and resources, modified or unmodified, are the property of Tanya Edgar.

  6. No Warranty: The course and bonuses are provided 'as is', without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Tanya Edgar does not warrant that the course will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  7. Refund Policy: Please note that we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products, we are unable to provide refunds due to the nature of digital goods and the ability to immediately access and use the course upon purchase. By purchasing and using our course and it's contents, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

  8. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Tanya Edgar be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, or loss of business information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the course, even if Tanya Edgar has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tanya Edgar Coaching and Consulting and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the course or your breach of any provision of this agreement.

  2. Termination: This license is effective until terminated. The license will terminate automatically without notice from Tanya Edgar if you fail to comply with any provision of these terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the course and all of its component parts.

  3. Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision will be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

  4. Reservation of Rights: All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to Tanya Edgar Coaching and Consulting.

By using this course, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You also agree that this agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and Tanya Edgar, which supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communication between you and Tanya Edgar relating to the subject of this agreement.
