This Privacy Policy explains how Tanya Edgar Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you interact with our services, including when you respond to our Instagram or Facebook (Meta) advertisements, visit www.tanyaedgar.com or otherwise engage with us (the “Services”).

  • complete a lead form through Meta platforms (Instagram or Facebook);

  • subscribe to our emails, downloads or programmes;

  • purchase a product or service; or

  • contact us directly.

This may include:

  • Identity & Contact Data: name, email address, phone number, postal address;

  • Payment Data: billing address and card details (processed securely by Stripe, GoCardless, see https://stripe.com/gb/privacy, https://gocardless.com/privacy/, );

  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information and cookies (see any separate Cookie Policy if applicable).

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

 

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • deliver the information, products or services you request (including responses to Meta lead-ad enquiries);

  • send you marketing updates and resources where you have opted in or where we are otherwise permitted by law;

  • process purchases and manage customer accounts;

  • monitor and improve our website, programmes and advertising effectiveness; and
