Hi, I'm Tanya.

I'm the mentor you come to when you've got the coaching qualification, the enthusiasm, and approximately zero paying clients.

I know that feeling. I lived in it.

When I finished Coach training, I had a head full of ideas and a diary full of tumbleweed. 

Getting lovely comments from people saying “go you!”... but nobody was actually booking.

 I'd Google "how to sign a coaching client" in the evening with biscuit crumbs on my laptop and feel a bit sick about the whole thing.

Now, I’ve built a 6 figure business and I’ve delivered hundreds of paid coaching hours to ‘real’ people.

What changed wasn't my mindset.

It was that I stopped ignoring what I already knew.

Before I went full time into Coaching, I was a Sales Director for a global coaching organisation. I'd spent years watching what made coaches get booked solid and what kept brilliant ones stuck. 

I KNEW the difference between a coach who could actually sell their work and one who'd quietly let the qualification gather dust.

So I put everything together. 

Applied it to my own practice. And it worked. 

I quit my job and went all into Leadership Coaching.

Now, several years later,  I mentor other coaches to do the same. I’ve got 600+ hours of paid coaching, sold-out programmes, and a business that doesn't eat my weekends-  and I want that for you too.

And it’s exactly what I teach inside IGNITE.

I believe:

Most coaches don't have a talent problem. They have a "nobody taught me the business bit" problem.

Coach school gives you the skills- which is a non-negotiable.

But  It doesn't give you a client acquisition strategy that actually fits a coaching business (instead of one built by someone who hasn’t heard of GROW).

 It doesn’t give you a pricing framework, or a way of writing about what you do that makes someone say “yes, that's me, I need that!!” (this is legitimately the DM our clients receive all the time).

That's the gap I work in. 

And it's a very specific gap.  I'm not interested in helping coaches who are already earning £10k months scale up.

 I work with coaches in the bit before that. 

The bit where you're qualified, you know you're good, and you're staring at your Instagram wondering why the tumbleweed situation hasn't improved.

That bit.

And here's a few things worth knowing about me:

This is the point where you say “arghhhhh but everyone is a coach for coaches, why should I trust you?!!”

And it’s a very VERY important question. Thank you for asking it- you deserve to know that the person handing you a business roadmap has actually built one!

• I’m a Former Sales Director of a global coaching company. I was very honoured to have the rare privilege of being a coach and simultaneously selling hundreds of thousands of pounds of coaching to FTSE500s.  I know what it takes to sell coaching.
• 400+ coaches mentored through a combination of IGNITE and my services to the Coach Training industry.

• I’m a mum, a reader of fairy smut and a keen accidental gardener (I don’t actually know if my clients chose me for these reasons but they feel important to share. Plus the fairy smut is because of a client’s recommendation).
